At Veil & Grace, we aim to deliver your beautiful Hijabs, Dupattas, and accessories safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed on our website.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase to understand our shipping procedures for orders within Canada and international destinations.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once it’s placed, and another notification with tracking information once it has been shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, we’ll notify you promptly via email.
2. Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada using trusted delivery services.

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (where available): 2–5 business days
Shipping Rates
Free Delivery: Orders over $50 CAD (after discounts and before tax).
Note: Delivery time estimates begin after your order has been shipped, not from the order date.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide, including to the United States and selected international destinations.
Shipping Rates (International)
Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times (Estimate)
United States: 7–14 business days
Other International Locations: 10–20 business days
Please note that international shipping times may vary based on customs processing and regional courier delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this link to track your order status anytime.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 5 business days after purchase, please contact us at veilgrace19@gmail.com.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours so we can try to update it before shipment.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Veil & Grace cannot be held responsible for:
Delays caused by courier companies, customs, or weather conditions
Lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as “delivered” by the courier
If your package is delayed or missing, please email us at veilgrace19@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you in tracking or filing a claim with the courier service.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and item(s).
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at veilgrace19@gmail.com. We’ll review your case and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a partial refund.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to:
P.O. Boxes (for certain couriers)
Countries restricted due to local customs laws or carrier limitations
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us directly for assistance.
