At Veil & Grace, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, because our products are primarily Hijabs, Dupattas, and other fabric-based items, we maintain a strict hygiene and quality control policy for returns and exchanges.
Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (fabric and personal wear items), returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
You received the wrong item, size, or color than what was ordered.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or washed products.
Items purchased on sale or discount.
Customized or personalized orders.
Products damaged by improper handling or washing after delivery.
Return Process
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if defective or incorrect).
Once your request is reviewed, we will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions for the return process.
Please do not ship any product back without prior approval from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
The refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal, Credit/Debit Card).
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost once the issue is verified. Exchanges are only available for the same product type originally ordered.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Recheck your bank or PayPal account.
Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Shipping Returns
If a return is approved, you will receive the return shipping address via email. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, except when the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
